{ AyA Kitchens collaborated with local talented designer Kelly Deck at IDSwest in Vancouver. Brass is definitely having a moment right now in interior design. I love that it is used quite liberally here in this space - door hardware, plumbing fixtures, and that range hood (which I wish was less boxy.. as it is, it’s a little static). I love Bocci lights, but these seem to be hung too high and too far apart. Despite all that, these elements create a great atmosphere that work beautifully with the colour palette.}
Water Light Graffiti by Antonin Fourneau
I try to refrain from posting content that I’ve seen on Colossal because it seems to be the main source for many people on tumblr. However, when Chris posts something to do with Interactive Design I really can’t help myself, this is just outstanding.
This wall is created out of thousands of LED’s that are illuminated when they come in contact with water. It means you can effectively turn a water pistol in to a spray can, or even just wet your fingertips and draw with your hands. The overall effect is wonderful and I’d love to see this in person.
Must Watch:
…simply stunning.
